meanwhile at SMS Tower #20 we find veteran OL, John Baltz, on duty, and Benji Garcia (nice blule shorts) on a workout out of SMS Tower #18...

One man on board so we know the other is either on a workout in the water or on the sand.....
... and he is on the sand, as it turns out, and about to stop by and say hello to veteran LACo OL/EMT, Chris Newman, at SMS Tower #26, below...
continuing on we say hello to veteran LACo OL, Chris Murphy, who has his (lifeguard) game face on... literally!... Sunsmart is he!
At Tower #24, veteran LACo OL, Scott Garinger, watching the water, and wearing his LACo OL Floppy Hat to keep the sun off his face...

*** Recurrent Alert ! *** The surprise of the day was finding Venice Stalwart OL, Benji Garcia, below, picking up a shift along Santa Monica South!... Does this portend a change in area loyalty?!... stay tuned...
Below, OL Blaney, on a foot patrol, checks on a person lying on the sand and looking ragged...
He's ok and alive. Well done, Evan!
... and on a foot patrol, below, at Tower #16, Stephen Leon...
