Below, Veteran LACo OL and Will Rogers JG Instructor/Coach, Chuck Locko, points towards his elite "A" JG's who were set to compete in the JG Taplin Relay this evening...
And then the "A" JG Taplin Relay is just about to begin...
ho hum... so much for the evening's sunset!... Wow!...
Kian Brouwer smoked the paddle!... starting out in 4th or 5th place and then finishing first by a large margin after catching a wave outside and nursing it all the way to shore...
and it's the Venice "A" JG team that wins!... (and which we might just have to call the Cousins Relay since Kira Makuta (swim), Kian Brouwer (paddle) and Shane Brouwer made up this team that their Uncle Steve coached.....
and which JG Instructor is excited about his "A" team's victory in the evening's JG Taplin Relay?!...
... and incidentally, Scott and Shannon we think we see where your son is.
