The traditional week long vacation from school is on! Just check out the increased crowds on the beach today!... Monday, April 14, 2014, at approx. 2 pm... with people still heading to the beach, as shown above. Santa Monica appears to be a top choice of spring break destinations for both high schoolers and college students, not to mention families and tourists. The Third St. Promenade and its restaurants were likewise busy on this Monday afternoon.
