Local Cooling Amid Global Warming...

Who flipped the Air Conditioner on ?!...  Today it could be 58 degrees and it's overcast with a cool breeze.  The previous two days had air temps hovering at 80 degrees.  It's Spring Break... byo bathing suit and windbreaker!
