And then I took a break from the action and went over to the other side of the Pier and visited veteran LACo Ocean Lifeguard, Gabe Campos, at SMN Tower #15...

Below, veteran LACo Ocean Lifeguard, Gabe Campos, who recently told us he is going to hang up his lifeguard trucks at the end of this month after 46 years on the beach. Gabe started in 1972!
