"County Recurrent", while on a confidential business assignment, drove past several Malibu lifeguard towers. In particular, Coral Beach Tower #2.
See for yourself as LACo OL Tom Doman, still on duty at 1930 hrs, peeks through his door's window trying to figure out who is laying on their car horn.......... woo hoo!

Now, i could imagine creating a history of lifeguards based on the history of swim clubs in SoCal in the 60s. Tumor was part of that scene; he is an awesome human being.
