Time:  Approx. 1220 hours
Injury:  Laceration to the bottom of the left foot, of approx. 1 inch in length
On Scene:  Capt. Erik Albertson
Victim/Laceratee:  Anonymous

      Application of two butterfly bandages to close wound:

The Finishing Touch!  One band aid over the butterflies, followed by double wrap of Coban, and finally as the finishing touch, a strip of adhesive tape to secure the Coban.  10-4, copy.


Postscript:  Victim released on his own recognizance.
