Just when you thought you had seen everything ! I thought this boogie board carrying cartoon character seemed somewhat out of place at Will Rogers North on Labor Day... but maybe he was just practicing for Halloween next month. In any case, I thought it was the famed Hanna-Barbera character "Snagglepuss", but I was wrong.
Thus, the inquiry is hereby made to all COUNTY RECURRENTS. Can you name this cartoon character ? It's not Pepe La Pieu either.
