The jury is in. Or at least the Answer to the name of the cartoon character boogie board carrying beach patron at Will Rogers North on Labor Day. It is none other than the famed Warner Bros. Looney Tunes character, Sylvester ! Missing yesterday was, of course, his sidekick Tweetie !
