Above and below, construction underway for wooden platform walkway from the parking lot out to just shy of the berm... adjacent to SMN Tower #12...

The storm drain adjacent to SMN Tower #12 can be seen in the photo below and 48 hours plus since Tuesday's rainstorm the filthy rain swollen lagoon is starting to disappear...
