White Caps, Onshore Gusting Winds, Sand flying... even SMN Tower #15 is shuttered. The only tower open on SMN this afternoon was the main station at Tower #8. The beach OLS was watching the water from the berm just north of SMN Tower #14, with the Captain's vehicle at SMN Tower #8, or maybe it was the other way around... but you get the idea.
