Above and below, in the distance at center frame, a Baywatch rescue boat and on the paddleboard in the water off the bow of the boat is Veteran LACo OL/JG Instructor, Lance Keene, on his lunch break between the two sessions of JG's at Will Rogers...

... and then it was time for a buoy swim and then off to the office.....
