Well, that is exactly what I asked this afternoon while on a walk along Will Rogers State Beach from the bike/pedestrian path at Will Rogers Tower 10 when I noticed two guys out surfing the south side of the jetty and up above in the parking lot two separate vehicles with County Parking Passes and lifeguard hats on the dashboards... see below.....
and after that I continued on toward Tower 8 at Temescal Cyn. Road and PCH and discovered veteran LACo OL (and retired U.S. Marine), Eric Weizenegger, watching the water like a hawk.
