Dateline: Tuesday morning, April 5, 2016.... upon our arrival at CSHQ around 0900 hrs, the sun was shining and the skies were blue... within minutes of our foot patrol (off duty) at SMS Tower #20, the fog started to roll in AND it did not waste any time..... See for yourself!
High tide washing over the berm between Towers 18 and 20...
Miniature Plastic Red Cup snagged with a broken arrow found in the sand!... True story!

Moments and I mean MOMENTS later the pier disappeared! See for yourself below!... "What Pier?!"...
Meanwhile out front of Tower #20 (aka, Bay St.), there are still plenty of tasty waves being caught and the sun is still shining...
