The Fog is back...

After a late lunch, the editorial staff of "County Recurrent" News headed west toward the beach down Broadway and noted the fog working its way up from the beach...  Follow along if you like and take in the sights on our way to lunch, to the bluffs, to the Santa Monica Pier, and on to Santa Monica Lifeguard HQ (aka, SMHQ or CSHQ) where we checked in with Capt. Mike McIlroy and OLS Alex Vicente, OLS Pat O'Neill and OLS Eric Wylie...

Straight down Broadway from 4th St.

just sayin'...

a work in progress, courtesy of OLS Eric Wylie... The making of a Solar Stingray Hot Water Treatment Container.

And below, in an exclusive to "County Recurrent", a 'sample' of the new LACo time card is illustrated.  No more area coding!  For example, if you worked several areas within Central Section in a time period you can place those hours on the same line and code it all as C-SEC .  Many thanks to Capt. Mike McIlroy for explaining and clarifying this change.  Got to sign it in ink too. No faxing or emailing of time cards anymore.  (Sample only shown below, caveat emptor, get your own clarifications, if necessary.
And then we executed our flip turn and headed back to the office.....

still in business and still slinging corn dogs and lemonade!...
