note: no worries to the Central Section Competition crew as JVD will still be eligible to compete in Central Section.

• Capt. Roger Murray (from Central) to So. Section

• OLS Tito Bourget (from Central) to Rescue Boats

• OLS Dave Carr (from Central) to Zuma

• OLS Spencer Parker (from Central) to So. Section

• OLS Patrick O'Neil to Central (SMS) (from Zuma)

• Capt. Ken Haskett from all over to Central (Venice)

• Capt. Brent Katzer (from Zuma) to Central
