"Just Married!"...

Just in from Veteran LACo Recurrent Beach Lifeguard, John "Matty" Matesich, who shared this wonderful photo (taken by Peggy O'Donnell) from this past Saturday, May 12, 2012, featuring two LACo Beach Lifeguards who had their wedding at water's edge in Redondo Beach.

Per Matty:  "As soon as the ceremony was over, they jumped into a lifeguard dory and started rowing out into the surf."

Congratulations to both OLS Dave Cartlidge and his bride, OL Zarah Shahalayi.
