Rare George Freeth Photo Discovered!

In what could be one of the most valuable photos of George Freeth, the early 20th Century Surf Pioneer and legendary Waterman, this rare photo above was only just recently discovered in a box of old log books, timepieces, heirlooms and photos uncovered from a water tight steamer trunk found amongst the wreckage from the Titanic several years ago and only recently recognized as including Freeth.  This historic photo shows George Freeth, circa 1907, in Redondo Beach, Calif. with two young junior lifeguards that he mentored and coached in ocean lifesaving skills and who, we are also informed, themselves later became lifeguards.  I wonder if anyone can recognize them?...

Until next time.....
